They constantly rant and tout the $200 billion in aid they gave to Afghanistan, which simply seems to be complete BS. They must just be stating what they had to spend for the unjust war against Afghanistan. In fact it won't surprise me if they start making claims of giving aid to extraterrestrials. Hogwash. Anyways, ignoring the propaganda, not only did they bomb an innocent country, they and their allies, left the whole country in shambles. This in addition to go with their arrogance.
Enter India. Like India has always done historically (help other countries selflessly, remember IPKF which rescued Maldives and remember East Pakistan which is now Bangladesh), we decided it would be nice to help Afghanistan. We have not only built their infrastructure (Another fellow blogger has posted a blog which details all India did for Afghanistan) notably Salma Dam and their Parliament, we have also trained their military, provided them with warfare and supported them morally. We even went to the extent of giving them a stadium in the suburbs of New Delhi.
I can go on and on, but if you use common sense, we apparently might be doing a lot selflessly, which needless to say endears Indians to the Afghanis.
